Naoris Protocol partners with GetBlock, the Blockchain node infrastructure for building high-quality dApps.

April 30, 2024

Naoris Protocol, the Blockchain and AI-based Decentralised CyberSecurity Mesh that aims to restore cybersecurity across all sectors of the economy, is delighted to announce a partnership with GetBlock, the Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform that provides instant API access to full nodes across multiple blockchains.

GetBlock’s mission is to make it easy for developers to build high-quality decentralized applications fast by providing cost-effective tools and scalable infrastructure.

GetBlock achieves this by helping customers save months of development time and thousands on engineering costs by offering competitive pricing plans and features. In addition, they offer services that manage nodes across both major and up-and-coming networks with guaranteed high availability and full-time coverage, even for the most challenging use cases. GetBlock also offers high flexibility for both enterprise and individual developers from any background, providing custom infrastructure solutions or a backup system based on the project’s needs.

Naoris Protocol is scaling the Decentralized Cybersecurity Mesh to protect every device in the digital world, allowing networks to defend themselves from cyber-attacks using disruptive Swarm AI and Blockchain technology.

Naoris Protocol is designed to reduce cyber security risks and costs significantly, addressing the staggering $10 trillion global opportunity, which is the projected cost of cybercrime by 2025. By converting traditionally untrusted network devices into a swarm of cyber-trusted validator nodes, Naoris Protocol makes networks stronger as they grow, not weaker.

Powered by a tokenized cyber-secure machine-to-machine economy, single points of failure are converted into multiple points of defense that identify risks in real time under consensus. Naoris Protocol is also complementary — traditional cyber tools can operate freely without competing.

What is the purpose of this partnership?

The two teams are ready to launch joint tech development and engineering initiatives designed to boost security for dApp builders and also increase community engagement to elevate the visibility of both brands in the crypto community.

Naoris Protocol will provide web3 companies with a cyber-secure and validation layer across all devices within their infrastructure. By integrating its radical and contrarian Decentralized CyberSecurity Mesh. In addition, Naoris Protocol offers real-time smart contract audits. By verifying smart contract code prior to deployment, Swarm AI can monitor and ensure that the code and devices the smart contracts are deployed from are known to be operationally sound, instantly alerting developers and projects in case of a breach under its highly resilient consensus.

By securing cyber integrity and trust, devices and smart contracts can operate securely and safely while being protected from the vulnerabilities that Web3 inherits from Web2 by default. Here are some examples:

Threat vulnerability mitigation for Devices

  • Account Hijacking risks at the node, user, and exchange levels
  • API tampering risks
  • DOS/DDOS
  • Internal threats in exchanges, oracles, protocols, bridges
  • Update poisoning
  • Advanced Persistent Threat risks
  • Sniffing attacks, Keylogging attacks against wallets and servers of any kind
  • Evil maid attack through hardware or firmware tampering
  • Identity and Access Management vulnerabilities on nodes, users, oracles, bridges, servers

Threat vulnerability mitigation for Smart Contracts

  • Consensus attacks, direct and side-channel against miners/block-producers, sidechains, or shards
  • Wallet Vulnerabilities, tampering, code injection attacks, others
  • Code injection attacks, crypto-jacking, namely malware in miners or validators
  • Cascading events started by any of the above that trigger serious risks such as but not limited to, survivability events or 51% attacks, among others

Aziz Amer Tash, CBDO of GetBlock, is excited by the opportunities the partnership with Naoris Protocol unlocks for his team, its customers and enthusiasts: “By partnering with Naoris Protocol, GetBlock yet again pushes the barriers of security, decentralization and developer experience for its clients and their protocols. Being Web3 veterans, we have a strong appreciation of the value Naoris Protocol brings to the table for the global blockchain ecosystem.”

David Carvalho, CEO, and Founder of Naoris Protocol saysWe are very excited to partner with GetBlock’s domain expertise in the node infrastructure services space, as they enable both web2 and web3 developers to build robust and efficient dApps fast. Their project mirrors Naoris Protocol’s vision using web3 to bring trust to web2. Web2 is a vital space as it’s the pivotal force that will scale web3. We look forward to building further activities with GetBlock’s team and community to see how we can provide further value”

About GetBlock

GetBlock, a service that provides instant API connection to full nodes from many leading blockchain platforms, started its operations in 2019. The mission of the GetBlock project is to ensure cost-effective tools and infrastructure that will help enterprises and individual developers to build high-quality blockchain applications faster.

GetBlock is among the leaders of the Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) segment: its instruments are utilized daily by thousands of users worldwide. GetBlock clients can get their wallets, DEXs, bots, games to 40+ blockchains via an intuitive API-powered dashboard.

Besides providing access to shared and dedicated nodes, GetBlock can empower businesses with other products, like custom development services for enterprises and startups or raw data for certain top blockchains. The GetBlock team can also create a customized explorer for every blockchain and dApp.

About Naoris Protocol

Naoris Protocol is the Decentralized CyberSecurity Mesh for the hyper-connected world. Our disruptive design pattern makes networks safer as they grow, not weaker, by turning each connected device into a trusted validator node. A robust Blockchain protocol that every company can use to protect against the escalating levels of cyber threat.

Devices are rewarded for trusted behavior fostering a secure environment. Participants earn $CYBER staking rewards for securing the network.

The more users, businesses, and governance structures that use the Decentralized Cyberecure Mesh, creating networks of networks, the stronger and more secure it becomes.
