Naoris Protocol and Mova Launch Secure Cards and Payment Infrastructure Powered by Post-Quantum Security

Naoris Protocol announces a strategic investment from Mova, backed by Aqua Group, alongside a joint initiative to launch secure card and payment infrastructure protected by decentralized, post-quantum security.

The collaboration embeds Naoris’ decentralized security validation directly into payment authorization and settlement workflows, bringing post-quantum protection from theory into real-world financial infrastructure.

Building Payments for a Post-Quantum World

Payments, tokenized assets, and settlement systems sit at the heart of modern finance. As quantum computing advances, existing cryptographic assumptions face growing long-term risk. Naoris Protocol is designed to address this challenge at the infrastructure level.

Naoris is a decentralized, blockchain-agnostic security protocol built around dPoSec (Decentralized Proof of Security)—a post-quantum consensus model that enables continuous, distributed security validation across financial infrastructure, blockchains, devices, and applications. dPoSec removes reliance on centralized security controls while preserving compatibility with regulated systems.

In 2025, Naoris Protocol was cited in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission submission on post-quantum financial infrastructure as a reference model for quantum-resilient blockchain systems. This recognition reflects growing institutional and regulatory focus on quantum readiness.

Secure Cards and Payments as Live Infrastructure

As part of the collaboration, Naoris and Mova jointly launch a Mova–Naoris card and payments program, integrating decentralized security validation directly into transaction authorization and settlement flows.

Rather than relying on static security assumptions, each transaction benefits from continuous trust validation, aligning payment infrastructure with evolving cryptographic standards without sacrificing decentralization, openness, or regulatory compatibility.

The partnership also extends to discussions with institutions and state-level stakeholders around secure stable tokens and real-world asset (RWA) initiatives, developed alongside compliant custody, settlement, and governance frameworks.

Designed for Institutional and Sovereign Use

Mova’s investment reflects a shared focus on building institution-grade financial infrastructure capable of operating at global scale. Naoris’ architecture is designed to integrate with regulated financial institutions, public-market infrastructure, and sovereign digital systems, supporting long-term compliance, disclosure, and governance requirements.

With Naoris preparing to launch its Mainnet, this collaboration marks a key step toward deploying decentralized, post-quantum security as live, enforceable infrastructure for payments and financial systems.

A New Standard for Financial Security

By embedding post-quantum security directly into payment and settlement workflows, Naoris and Mova establish a new model for how financial infrastructure can evolve, without disruptive forks, rewrites, or central points of failure.

This partnership reinforces Naoris Protocol’s role as a Sub-Zero Layer for the global financial stack, securing systems beneath existing blockchains and applications as the quantum era approaches.

About Mova

Mova Chain is a next-generation blockchain designed for global payments and real-world assets (RWA), delivering high performance, scalability, and institutional-grade security. Its modular, developer-friendly architecture supports stablecoin issuance, compliant settlement, custody solutions, and on-chain clearing for regulated and enterprise-grade use cases.

About Aqua Group

Aqua Group — including Aqua 1 Foundation, Aqua Labs, and affiliated entities — is a leading digital infrastructure and blockchain investment ecosystem, and one of the largest strategic investors in the space, including a $100M investment in the governance tokens of Trump-backed World Liberty Financial.

About Naoris Protocol

Naoris Protocol is revolutionizing cybersecurity and digital trust with the world’s first Decentralized Post-Quantum Infrastructure, operating at the Sub-Zero Layer, below layers L0 to L3 it secures blockchain transactions and Web3 & Web2 infrastructure, including DEXes, bridges, and validators, enterprise cloud and IoT networks. By transforming every device into a trusted validator node, our Post-Quantum infrastructure leverages the cutting-edge dPoSec consensus and Decentralized Swarm AI, to set a new standard in transparency, trust, and security, preparing Web3 and Web2 for a Post-Quantum future.
